'Can't be right. They had Baku in #1rst place. I think they switched the cities. Anybody that's every tried to breathe in Almaty, knows it's the filthiest city in the world. It's like, if a baby craps in his bath water, you forgive him. But if a thousand adults crap in a swimming pool, you throw them out and punish them.
