Born October 4, 1966 in Tashkent. Alisher graduated from Tashkent University of Economics (former NarKhoz); faculty of History of Tashkent State University and 4 years of Uzbek State University of World Languages, faculty of Journalism. He jolds a PhD in Economics. Alisher has worked for a variety of governmental and official media structures of Uzbekistan, such as Tashkent University of Economics, Institute of Strategic Researches under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, "UzbekTourism" National company; "Delovoy Partner", "Biznes-Vestnik Vostoka", "Vremya i My" newspapers, as well as for "Turkestan-Press" Agency. Starting from June 2006 Alisher is an expatriant. Author of several books.
