With the SCO moving into the final days of the SCO Summit and as the curtains are beginning to close, have the voices of Central Asia been heard in this summit? It’s an important question, especially given the fact that the SCO Summit is going on back to back with the inaugural BRIC Summit. in the midst of all these, where is Central Asia? Some would view that central asian interests have been pushed aside due to the BRIC summit and hence viewing Russia as the one who has gained the most.
