Translation of publicist’s post (RUS)

The minimum cost of living grew by 1.3% compared to December 2009 and is now 12,141 tenge, of which 7284 is spent on groceries and 4857 on non-grocery goods and other services.

The minimum cost of living is determined by the minimal norm of consuming basic food products and paying for necessary services. Besides being calculated per capita, the minimum cost of living is also calculated for each individual social/age group.

How do the numbers break down?
