It seems to me such way of getting divorce is very destructive for family and society. Recent article published by Fergana.ru was discussing the topic of emerging trend of suicide practice in Tajikistan. The article was referring to cases when men were ignoring their own families after migrating to Russia and Kazakhstan for work, as a consequence some women were committing suicides because of not being able to bear difficulties of household work and sustaining family with finance. Though religious institutions are trying to appeal men to be responsible, this measure may give little results. Instead, legal measures against ignoring family and such sms divorces could be much effective. Certainly, court should be very considerate with such delicate issue.
