Special announcement: neweurasia partners with the European Journalism Centre
Cross-regional and Blogosphere, Media and InternetNo Comment
neweurasia is pleased to announce a content-sharing collaboration with the European Journalism Centre (EJC), a non-profit media organization based in the Netherlands that covers industry issues and news by and for journalists.
The collaboration will be two-way: the EJC will cross-post key content from neweurasia, primarily from our “media and internet” category, but also elsewhere on our site. In turn, neweurasia has invited the EJC to cross-post its own content, first and foremost anything related to Central Asia proper or the broader Commonwealth of Independent States, and secondarily, any media/journalism content that would be of use or interest to the media experts and journalists among our readers, including opportunities for workshops and conferences in the European Union.
Speaking of which, the EJC also supports training journalists and media professionals in Europe and beyond. It’s possible that neweurasia will coordinate with them for at least a few such projects, so definitely keep your eyes on this space for updates in this regard. In the meantime, you should visit ejcseminars.eu for information on seminars offered, and make sure to sign up for the free, independent EJC Online Journalism Community here.
In the immortal words of Humphrey Bogart, we’re hoping this is the start of a beautiful friendship!
