Translation of Adam’s post

On Saturday, June 06, Kazakhstan takes on England national team at home. The tickets to the match are limited in number and sold at the record high price for almost $60-$80. Almaty Central Stadium is designed to sit 22 thousand fans, however Football Union received around 47 thousand requests for the tickets from all over Kazakhstan.

The seats for fans from England and local ones have already been determined in such way that they would be rather far off from each other. In her interview to “31” TV-channel reporters the representative of the event managers more exactly defined that the Eastern stands are “booked” for the local fans. These sits are most unpopular, and they usually remain unoccupied during matches of lower level. Those, who had to sit there get blinded by the sun-down, and unlike the Western stands there is no roof over the stands.

Blogger pycm gives quite interesting comments:

Kazakhstan has a lot of things associated with England. English people were one of the pioneers in arranging concessions here. License plates are designed in British way. Our national currency has firstly been printed in England. Quite often the capital flies from Kazakhstan to foggy Albion, and kids of well-known politicians and businessmen study there. Moreover, the Chief Metallurgist of Kazakhstan - Mittal Lakshmi - lives in London. In one word, we could even be called brothers. The only problem is that football still is not naturalized in our country.

As reminder it should be mentioned that last year Kazakhstan’s national team lost 1-5 when played with England national team at Wembley Stadium.
