The name of document is “the short biography of Gurbanguly Malikgulyyewich Berdimuhamedow” and it is usual hailing of personality of Berdimuhamedow and his past deeds before he became president in the same way Niyazov was praised years ago. This is important for Berdimuhmmedow to show he is right man for Turkmen nation.

Document even has praise of Berdimuhammedow’s parents, very same as Niyazov, to make new models for good Turkmen families.
