Nope, I also heard that Boysun Bahori was canceled, Ferghana.ru informed about a no-go directive from the Cabinet of Ministers here http://enews.ferghana.ru/detail.php?id=177610696488.41,213,5161191
But today Ferghana.ru published an official refutation made by the Prime-ministers press-secretary. You can read that in russian here http://news.ferghana.ru/detail.php?id=2805&mode=snews
