“Uninvented portraits” of the “Visage” theater

Tashkent hosted the premiere of the play “Uninvented portraits”of the “Vision” theater. The “Vision” – special theater, it unites people with disabilities, developmental delays, children and professional actors.

It’s only one such theater in Central Asia, which unites about forty people: young people with physical and mental disabilities: moving on wheelchairs, deaf-and-dumb, having cerebral spastic infantile paralysis, oligophrenia, Down’s syndrome, with various disorders of support-locomotion system, visually impaired.

For children with disabilities “Vision” – is the ability to integrate into society and rehabilitate through the arts, discover their special talents, establish a live connection to the world.

” Uninvented portraits” – this is the third production of “Movement Theatre Face” of the new series of chamber music performances on how young people with disabilities, entering their adult life. They are looking for points of contact with other people and the world in general. Sometimes such connecting thread are not the words while the music and movement, are able to express the depth of the human soul and touch the hearts of others – said Lilia Sevastyanova, artistic director of the “Vision” theater
