The arts and crafts exhibition held in Hayatta in Dushanbe was strikingly rich.

I’ll start by saying I felt guilty even walking on the beautiful milk chocolate-colored carpet in my boots.

Although it was only a part of the interior design, and not an exhibit, it was majestic.

The giant hall was full of people, mainly foreigners. They were happy to try on traditional dresses and accessories and, like me, they were fascinated by the amount and variety of things on display.
