		<description>Why is it that a single person can always have so much power in the post-Soviet countries? I want to believe that the new generation of judges and policemen are young and honest as you say, but I still do not want to see one person so easily firing hundreds of officials, based on their previous position or age. I wonder what happens when Saakashvili is voted out, don&#039;t you think the new President will want to start shuffling people again?</description>
