Photo: internet cafe in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. The board on the front walls of the internet cafe depicts famous fox of Firefox internet browser biting the icon of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer. Is such poster legal?

Might be copyright infringement of the Explorer logo, but it is rather good. Are many internet cafes using Firefox rather than Explorer?

With all the copyright infringements in Central Asia (Disney characters on every second fun fair ride, action movie scenes on shooting booths etc.) I think it’s safe to say that the internet cafe owners are going to be safe from a Microsoft lawsuit for now.
The first thing MS would be fed up with is the fact that the whole country is using pirated software. Their little logo should be the least of their worries.

@ CXW: Nope, not many internet cafes use FireFox. But even if they use, not many people are used to it, so they automatically open Explorer.

@ walt: You are right. This internet cafe must be more worried about its pirate (100% sure) Windows XP software, than its banner outside.
