Nevertheless, the director of the Department of civilian aviation at the Ministry of Transport and Communication of Kyrgyzstan Aleksander Nastaev hopes [ru] that the Kyrgyz airlines will be removed from the “black list” in January, 2010.

There were the negotiations in Brussels. They defined the order and the possible date of the removal from the “black list”. The Department of civilian aviation will be working with the European Commission on the individual basis during six months to remove all Kyrgyz airlines from the list of the banned airlines, Nastaev told.

Aleksander Nastaev assures that there will be made all required changes in the Kyrgyz laws. The conditions of the safety of the flights will be reviewed also.

The director of the Department of civilian aviation stressed that the old flying equipment wasn’t the reason for Kyrgyzstan to be included in the “black list”.

European Commission won’t check every airlines, every craft, Nastaev said.
