Prison for Uzbek “Paris Hilton”s
…and alike was built in Uzbekistan.
Fergana.run has earlier reported referring to the Press Center of the Initiative Group of Independent Human Rights Activists of Uzbekistan that a new prison for civil servants with a capacity of 150 inmates was built in Tashkent.
Thus, we would believe that this category of inmates (high-rank officials, militioners etc.) will be kept away from passing on the national secrets to a “wider public”. It seems, there is indeed a lot of state secrets to be kept. Not to forget that one can’t put such influential people in cells of Jaslyk, as the inmates there might either show no tolerance towards newcomers, who in fact, might have actually put them in these premises, or even worse have a negative influence on the sentenced officials.
Moreover, one has to secure a better nest, in case things might just go wrong. In Uzbek reality today no official is clean. As is said: Trust in God, but tie up your camel.
