Right-wing Edit of Clinton Interview

Here is what I have just found on the Youtube video database. A fragment of Clinton’s interview that was aired on September 24 on Fox News Sunday. The former President is defending himself from the right-wingers’ attacks on himself and talking about if he had done enough to trap Osama Bin Laden and get basing rights in Uzbekistan.

conservativesunite, a Youtube user who uploaded this video, has his own opinion on what Mr. Clinton should have done during his presidency:

He [Clinton] had the chance and he messed up. At that time we still had a golden opportunity because of course after 911 OBL planned a hideaway. With people like OBL you get a 1 shot and Clinton failed to deliver. Blaming the FBI/CIA is silly - Clinton could have told the heads of the two agencies - “certify or find a new job”. I mean Clinton is not an employee of the FBI or CIA! And Uzbekistan - Clinton should have bribed or forced them to give the basing rights. We’re the richest most powerful country in the world - we could have done it. I think Clinton’s excuses are silly, and his performance on Fox was embarrassing to watch - he lost it.

Unfortunately this blog doesn’t seem to work well with the Youtube embed code, so follow this link to find the video

Reminds me of that scene in the movie Syriana where the oil company lawyer dramatically proclaims that corruption is good because “corruption is why we win.” He was supposed to be a bad guy, you know.
