		<description>It also should be mentioned that the German GTZ is currently involved into the evaluation of a German air base in Afghanistan itself. I don&#039;t want to defend the involvement in Afghanistan neither to justify the deals with Uzbekistan but German politicans (and embassy staff in Tashkent ) are well aware of the situation in the country.</description>
