We’re Supporting Iran?!

Translation of sadenova’s post (RUS)
I’m no expert in questions of nuclear nonproliferation and nuclear weapons, but I’m worried by this report from US National Intelligence’s Open Source Center.
You can read the full text, “OSC Analysis: Kazakhstan - Opening Up or Nuclear Collaboration,” here.
In brief, American experts are concerned about Kazakhstan’s intention to resume trading uranium. The president has announced that Kazakhstan plans to export not “raw” uranium, but fuel for nuclear reactors, which is more profitable.
Poor Americans! There goes another “-stan,” enriching uranium out of petty concern for its national interests, even though one does not need to travel far (no farther than Russia) to access this technology. After that, all kinds of speculation ensue: what if they go to Iran, where there’s corruption, and an unelected leader…
As a true dilettante, I focused all my energy on studying the picture from the report (click on the thumbnail to enlarge). I’m going to go look for magrat so she can explain to me what it all means.

It’s terrible!
I did not know that we have in the south so much radiation.
We can become the next target for the United States.
