They r still following the old ways of propaganda to silence their nations. Who the hell in the world would believe a dentist writing a book about horses?! The only thing they can do is spend the nation's money on lavish, useless projects. Building 2 schools is not educational reform, no development in education system. They and their subordinates r paranoid because they r very poor and left behind in management and control. Pity to these nations who built great civilizations in history.
